Banco Group is transforming some of Prahran’s most iconic heritage buildings into a contemporary destination for creative and professional communities to work and thrive.
The site incorporates three historic buildings: the Union Bank of Australia, Corder’s House and the Stables building. They will now become Cecil Place Precinct, the proper destination for the business that fosters community, collaboration, connections and culture.
This new precinct is set within Prahran’s historic streetscape and will offer modern workplaces alongside the lifestyle people are looking for.
With a history dating back to 1845 and good memories to be retold, the design approach for this project pays tribute to the rich historical past of the buildings and the suburb. Yet, the unique brand identity highlights how Cecil Place Precinct is indeed the right place to bring business together.
